PPF Real Estate Russia opens its second large commercial property project in Russia – the Yarmarka shopping and entertainment centre in Astrakhan

PPF Real Estate Russia, a developer and investor in the real estate industry, is the project’s principal investor. The company manages properties in the portfolio of PPF Group as well as many projects owned by other companies.

The total area of the Yarmarka SEC is 81,000 sq m, spread over 5 levels, the fourth and fifth of which constitute a car park with 700 parking spaces.
The anchor stores in the SEC centre are an O’KEY hypermarket; M.Video, a household appliance retailer; Sportmaster, a sports goods outlet; a Kinomaks cinema; Detski Mir, a children’s goods outlet; Yuterra, a household goods retailer, and a children’s entertainment centre.
Many renowned international brands – including Mango, Reserved, СOLLIN'S, Befree, Henderson, Motivi, Waggon, Zarina, Mohito, Cropp Town, House, Love Republiс, Camaieu, Celio, Six, Women’s Secret, Intimissimi, and Calzedonia, will open their first stores in the Yarmarka SEC complex. The tenant roster also includes other representatives of major international and federal Russian retailers offering a wide range of goods and services.

PPF Real Estate Russia Executive Director Tomáš Laštovka said: “We took a regional approach at the first stage of developing our commercial property projects in Russia, and this strategy has proven to be correct. Customers’ huge interest in our first SEC, the M5 Mall in Ryazan, illustrates that there is real demand for goods and services offered in accordance with the highest European standards in Russia’s regions. The Yarmarka SEC in Astrakhan has also been built to attain such standards, and its advantage is that it is situated in the very centre of the city, right next to the train and bus stations.”
