PPF Real Estate Russia is to build the second phase of Comcity project and Novotel

PPF Real Estate Russia is going to start building the second phase of A-class office park Comcity located near Rumyantsevo metro station in New Moscow. The volume of investments in the project amounts to more than RUB 10 bn.

The “Bravo” phase of total area of 103,000 sq. m. will comprise of two office buildings (total leasable area of 61, 000 sq.m.) and a four-star Novotel hotel with 150 rooms managed by AccorHotels, an international operator. A shopping gallery, an underground parking and a ground one will be a part of the infrastructure as well. The commissioning of the second phase of Comcity project is scheduled for the first half of 2022.

The project for the upcoming “Bravo” phase was developed by the Sergey Kiselev & Partners bureau. The new complex will extend current architectural ensemble, which was created by Czech architectures, integrating principles of progressive eco-friendly approach, and harmonizing human being with nature.    

The first phase of Comcity project – the “Alpha” phase – reached its 100% occupancy. More than 10,000 people currently work at Comcity. After the commissioning of the second phase, the number of residents will increase to 16,000. 

Among the residents of Comcity office park are major companies like Rostelecom (48,000 sq.m.), Tele2 (about 20,000 sq. m.), Systematics Group (more than 17,500 sq. m.), Oracle (about 6,000 sq. m.), Coca-Cola HBC Russia (5,400 sq. m.), 3M (3,400 sq. m.).

Comcity office park meets the “green” international requirements of the industry and has the LEED GOLD certificate. The prominent features of the office park include automatic jalousie, cooling beams, cold storages, and grey water usage amongst others.
